We run one-to-one clinics for individual (or family) advice as well as group talks and nutrition courses.
We work to the very highest standards of nutrition and dietetics. All of our dietitians are CORU registered and have degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from recognised and accredited universities. We are all members of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute, the professional body for Dietitians in Ireland. We bring over 50 years of combined experience in nutrition to help you with whatever you need.
Sarah Keogh MSc. BSc. Dip. MINDI
Sarah is the founder of Eatwell and has over 20 years’ experience working in nutrition and dietetics. Sarah has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College, Dublin and a Masters in European Food Regulation. Sarah works with clients one-to-one to help manage a range of issues and also delivers workplace wellness sessions and nutrition courses. Sarah is an outstanding speaker on nutrition whether she is delivering a nutrition session or speaking on radio & television. Sarah works with some of Irelands leading companies and is regularly heard on radio.
Ruth Charles (Babies & Children)
Ruth Charles is a mother of 3 who happens to be a Consultant Paediatric Dietitian! She has been working with children and their families for the last 18 years and is the Dietitian behind Nutrikids since 2010.
Ruth graduated in 1992 from the Dublin Institute of Technology and Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. Ruth worked in The Children’s Hospital Crumlin from 1998-2008. She has a special interest in Childhood Allergy and founded the Irish Food allergy Network in 2010. She completed a Certificate of Advanced Study in Paediatric Allergy at Imperial College London in 2012. She trained in Sequential Oral Sensory assessment of problem feeders in 2014.
Her knowledge and experience incorporates all aspects of nutrition from infancy through to the teenage years. If you have concerns about your child’s nutrition or eating habits, Ruth is here to help you help them.
