Nutrition affects so many areas of our lives and we have a range of seminars that can inform and engage your staff. Details of our most popular seminars are below. We can also develop a seminar for your specific needs and the needs of your staff.
Seminars are 1 hour long and include time for lots of questions and discussion. Seminars are run by Sarah Keogh who is a CORU Registered Dietitian with a Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in European Food Regulation. Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in clinical nutrition and research and she lectures in nutrition at TU Dublin.
